Core Intelligence — Yoga with emphasis on core stabilization and strengthening.
Hatha Yoga– Connecting with the Space in the Heart ~ In this class we warm up with gentle stretches and joint opening, then practice yoga asanas to increase our strength, flexibility, and balance. Emphasis is placed on alignment, internal awareness, developing a loving rapport with one’s own body, and enlivening the light within each heart. This is a calm, flowing style of hatha yoga with moderately long holds.
Yoga Instructor Training– Become an instructor or deepen your private practice with a 200-hour course that includes Yoga Philosophy, Eastern and Western Anatomy & Physiology, Introduction to Sanskrit, Asana, Teaching Skills, Yogic Lifestyle, and more. Registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYS-200 Yoga School. Small groups of students are led with an attitude of respect for each person’s individual interests and a passionate interest in each student’s growth.
